1. Plan Your Session Around Your Energy

Pregnancy is a rollercoaster—some days you feel glowing, other days... not so much. That’s why I recommend booking your shoot between 28–34 weeks, when your bump is beautifully round, and you’re still feeling relatively comfortable. Morning or early evening light also works best (and tends to align with energy levels!).

3. Let Go of Posing Perfection

You don’t need to be a model to look stunning in photos. I’ll gently guide you through natural poses and movements that showcase your best angles, highlight your bump, and reflect your personality. All you have to do is show up and breathe.

2. Choose an Outfit That Makes You Feel Confident

Flowing dresses, fitted gowns, or a chic two-piece—whatever you choose, the most important thing is that it makes you feel like yourself. I provide styling support and access to curated wardrobe pieces to make the decision easy and stress-free.

4. Pamper Yourself Beforehand

A little self-care goes a long way. I recommend professional hair and makeup (which I can help arrange) so you feel relaxed, radiant, and ready to be in front of the camera. Bonus: it’s a perfect excuse to treat yourself.

5. Focus on the Why

When nerves creep in, remember what this is all about: celebrating this fleeting chapter, creating memories for your child, and honoring the incredible transformation you’re going through. That mindset shift changes everything—and the confidence shines through.
